New band of the week - 12/11/2013 - Evvolves

My current homeland Prague threw up a lovely surprise that features on SNH this week. Polish band Evvolves played their first gig outside of their homeland Poland last week, and I was lucky enough to be in attendance. Whilst cues have been taken from My Bloody Valentine, Novak et al, I've always admired a good tune, and Evvolves certainly have a ear for a good melody, be it the hooky keyboards or the reverby vocals. Definitely one band we'll keeping a close eye on (and monitoring their 'evvolution'…he he).
