Weekly News roundup - 5/8/13 ft. Internet Forever, Lightning Bolt, Sally Dige, True Widow, Beaty Heart, Factory Floor, Teengirl Fantasy and more!

June 1st 2013, one our favourite pop bands ever, Internet Forever concluded their UK tour with a night at London's Old Blue Last. An expanded six-piece line-up threw themselves into Internet Forever's self-titled debut album with muscular aplomb, transforming classics such as 'Break Bones' and 'White Light Collision Course' into fast-paced punk missiles. The record is due for release on 12 August, you can pre-order by clicking here. Listen below for now...

Whenever we get an email from Michael at Night School Recs, we always get excited, as his label has impeccable taste, which is marked by some fabulous releases. Night School's latest gem keeps the trend going in the form of Sally Dige. Sally Dige has recorded two new pulsing, evocative jewels in the form of "Forget Me" and "Losing You." Her second 7" is now available to Preorder HERE. Limited to 300, full colour sleeve and labels, with Download Card and Insert.

True Widow's most recent full-length output, Circumambulation, is a stand out for me this year, carrying on from where they left off with some heavy hitting bone crushing stoner rock. Watch the fab new video for "S:H:S" below, and grab Circumambulation, out now via Relapse Records.

'Negative Dad', the comic book co-written by Wavves' Nathan Williams about mutant teenagers is now available to buy. The art style looks interesting and the story, "the fantastic and disturbing journey of two young mutant boys, Daniel and Serjio, uncovering secrets surrounding their family and friends. This journey ultimately will determine the fate of their world" is intriguing at the very least. Order it HERE

Factory Floor have a new song, 'Turn it Up'. Need we say more. You have your instructions.

Check out the new video for Ariel Pink's collaboration with Violens/Lansing Dreiden member Jorge Elbrecht. Nice.
