Fountains release debut 7" on Beautiful Strange - 23/07/12

Fountains have released a limited run on vinyl (to 250 copies) of their debut EP 'Easily Led'. The 7" will contain two new tracks, the title track 'Easily Led' and on the flip side 'Repetition', both of which were recorded with London producer Rory Atwell.


'Easily Led' is packed with harmonic and etherial male/female vox, which cut through mournful bass lines, and scratchy guitars to create something lucid and other worldly; reminiscent of Black Tambourine in parts.


'Repetition' on the other hand has a darker edge; brooding with atmospheric Ian Curtis like vocals and a fast paced drum line intercut with a background of doleful female vocals.
