Sleep Party People - Madam Jojo's - 17/04/12

We went along to catch Sleep Party People's show at Madam Jojos on Tuesday night. They played a great set -  if you haven't heard them, I would urge you to check them out; especially their videos, or better yet, live - think Frank from Donnie Darko playing enchanting, hazily mournful melodies,  accompanied by haunting, wailing vocals, amalgamating to build dramatic, (I accidentally typed 'dramazing' there and realised that might be a step too far) emotive climaxes.
