Now this is an honour. Mark Stewart, one of the founding members of The Pop Group and pioneering artist in industrial hip hop speaks to us about his 2012 and upcoming record.
(Featuring collaborations with Kenneth Anger, Richard Hell, Massive Attack’s Daddy G., Primal Scream, Lee ‘Scratch’ Perry, Factory Floor and Keith Levine)
Seeing the fruition of many years of painstaking work come to light on my album ‘The Politics Of Envy’ on which I got to collaborate with some of complete idols of mine, Lee Perry and Kenneth Anger and at last got to work with some comrades in arms like Daddy G and Keith Levene of PiL.

What can we expect from you in 2013?
I’m guesting on the new Primal Scream album and a political cabaret in Berlin.
Give us a Christmas track that you like please.
Why this track?
I got to know here a little bit just before she died and ever since her first band X-ray Spex the girl’s been inspirational.
Can our readers have a link to one of your tracks please?
Yes, ‘Stereotype’ my recent single with Factory Floor & Keith Levene
