OutsideIn Festival announce initial line up

Yes Please and Astral People are the brains behind OutsideIn Festival, describing it as 'your newest friend in Sydney's burgeoning musical landscape'.

The festival takes place at The Factory Theatre on Saturday November 10, and is billed as  'the embodiment of a world-class event, bringing together: a brilliant line-up, beautiful weather, tasty food, refreshing drinks, great company and of course, unbeatable music'.

Of the festival Yes Please says:

'The first announcement of acts is a diverse display of left fieild, electronic superstars. From the hazy Harlem Hip Hop of Smoke DZA (USA) to the warped RnB of Jesse Boykins III (USA) and Collarbones, plus a rare live performance from Oliver Tank. The lineup is packed with world-grade talent. Add the DIY attitude of HTRK (UK/AUS), lush beat work from Shigeto (USA), Flume, Melo-X (USA) Thrupence and Polographia. And Top it all off with the late-night bass of Africa Hitech (UK/AUS) and Dro Carey.

Yes Please and Astral People have also invited Sydney dance hub, Goodgod Small Club to curate the tropically, extravagant outdoor stage. They'll be providing a soundtrack of foot tappin’, head swirlin', booty poppin' goodness to make you dance. As always, expect the unexpected'.

Early bird tickets went on sale Wednesday August 9 for $44 +bf, until sold out. With general admission to follow for $49 +bf. Tickets can be purchased from The Factory Theatre’s website.
